Housing

You will be housed in dorms that are 4-person suites with a shared kitchen area and bathrooms. Students will need to provide their own linens and/or sleeping bag and pillow as well as general toiletries. You can pick your room-mates in the dorm. Simply let the Camp Director know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Meals will be provided by the Rockford College cafeteria and the Phantom Regiment food service program.

Your parents are welcome to visit at anytime during the camp. We have partnered with a quality hotel that is only 2.5 miles from the college campus. Red Roof is not only a sponsor of the camps, but they are also a sponsor for our Show of Shows on June 21st. They have set up a code that will give you access to special discounted rates! Travel From All Points to Rockford College:

• Take Interstate 90-39 to the State Street (Business Hwy 20) exit west.
• Follow State Street approximately 5 miles miles.
• Turn right at the large black-granite Rockford College sign at Easton Parkway and State Street.
• Follow large red Phantom Regiment signs to check in area.

Flying In?

Land at either Chicago's O'Hare or Midway airport and board the Van Galder Bus to Rockford's Clock Tower Inn and then call the Regiment cell-phone at 815-621-8144 and we will pick you up there. We will also drop you off at the Clock Tower so you can catch the Van Galder bus back to the hotel.

Registration begins at 4:00 pm cdt, Friday, May 30, 2008. Camp will conclude at 4pm, Sunday, June 1, 2008.
