Airport Info:

BEST option is to fly into Chicago's O'Hare (ORD). If possible for you, flying into Rockford (RFD) is acceptable BUT you must contact the office in advance of purchasing your ticket. Flying into Chicago's Midway (MDW) is possible IF your flights arrive early enough on Friday and depart late enough on Sunday due to the limited Van Galder buses to Midway.

You MUST fill out your flight arrival AND departure info using the link below. Be sure to choose the correct times as well as send us both your arrival and departure info. We use this information to plan our schedules accordingly. Failure to do so may cause you to be left behind at the airport or school!

Take the Van Galder bus to South Beloit, Illinois. (Purchase ticket from Van Galder using link below). Wait here until we shuttle you to the school. You MUST fill out the shuttle request form.

Monthly Membership Dues Payment:


$495

(minimum of $100 camp fee MUST be paid at check-in)

Camp fee is non refundable and is INCLUDED in your total membership dues payment.

How to make a payment:

You bring your payment with you to camp – cash, check or charge (preferably check). If you will not be at camp, you can mail your check made payable to:

Housing:

Everyone is required to stay in high school on gym floor. So be sure to bring your sleeping bag, shower stuff, etc.

Food:

Breakfast and Snacks will be provided. Lunch and Dinner are on your own, but we will provide transportation to local fast food restaurants.

Remember:

When purchasing your flights, do everything humanly possible to arrive in time for rehearsal (or before). Check out the bus schedule above to figure out what time you need to arrive. These weekends are very short and only once a month – so your attendance at every minute is crucial.

Depart after 5pm on Sunday (7pm if using Midway (MDW) airport).

We will expect everyone to be at their designated camps. If you cannot attend, you MUST email Dan and your caption head IN ADVANCE.
