Begun in 1956 as a small, local drum corps, Phantom Regiment has developed into one of the premier competitive youth arts organizations in the world.
The 2010 edition of Phantom Regiment embarks on its 54th season on the tradition, dedication and pride you have helped create. Your continued support is vital to the ongoing success of this incredible group of young people.
Drum Corps International's World Championships has found a permanent home in Indianapolis, Indiana's new Lucas Oil Stadium. Before getting to Indy, the national tour will take the corps across a large portion of the country: Minneapolis; San Antonio; Atlanta; and Beverly, Massachusetts.
With this type of tour, we all understand the financial resources needed to make it successful. The level of expectation is undoubtedly higher than ever. But we need your support to help reach it. Our transportation, fuel costs, food and insurance are a challenge every year, but more so this year due to the uncertainty in fuel prices. Your dollars not only help offset these tangible costs, but they also help to provide the valuable life skills for the young adults who make up Phantom Regiment. Your help allows them to learn teamwork; leadership; honesty & integrity; responsibility; and hard work.
The easiest way to show your support is by joining the Phantom Regiment Booster Club. There are numerous perks associated with the various levels of membership. Membership dates run from January to December (if you join after October 1st, your membership will begin the following calendar year). Your support for us throughout the year is crucial to our success and the life changing experience for the members of the Phantom Regiment.
Our “Show of Shows” takes place a MONTH later than usual. The show is on Sunday, July 18 with Phantom Regiment; The Cadets; Dutch Boy; Kilties; Pioneer; Racine Scouts; and Santa Clara Vanguard.
